It's common to feel overwhelmed when fostering an inclusive culture.
Individuals can gain from a profound sense of personal insight that extends beyond the business and leadership efforts they are developing.

When challenges arise, it’s often the small details that hold the most significance.

This includes clearly expressing organizational values, recognizing bias management, cultivating emotional and cultural intelligence, and effectively navigating conflict resolution through inclusive communication.

About Me

Hello, I’m Nadi! My pronouns are she/her/they/them.

I’m a proud single mom of two extraordinary teens: one is transgender with ADHD, and the other is non-binary and autistic. I also navigate life with autism and dyslexia , giving me a deep understanding of the internal and external experiences within the neurodiverse community.

The driving force behind my work stems from my own lived experiences as an employee who felt they didn’t belong and as a new leader, where I recognized my lack of inclusive practices. There was a time that I bought into the narrative that prioritized business over people, and I have caused harm as a result. I know it.

After spending twenty years in operations management and communication leadership, I chose to shift my career focus toward studying anti-racism, anti-oppression, and promoting inclusion and belonging in the workplace. My current mission is to support leaders in discovering their pathways to cultivating an inclusive culture.
