My values are aligned with Black and Brown liberation and the intersectional framework as it relates to gender equity, sexism, ableism and ageism. I have no tolerance for discrimination.
I value efforts that support and promote community-change through collaborative efforts of diverse folks working toward common goals. I respect the differences in people and seek to work with those who make inclusive choices and participate in self-governance with elevated emotional intelligence.
As an educator, I value the beginner's mind as well as the process of nurturing knowledge with kindness, patience and mutual respect.
